Israeli minister unveils controversial West Bank settlements

Far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said a plan to enlarge the Maale Adumim settlement will "bury" the idea of a Palestinian state. It comes as France, the UK and Canada will soon recognize Palestinian statehood.
