Germany news: FM Wadephul heads for Western Balkans

Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul is to travel to the Balkans, where he is scheduled to meet with the Serbian president, among other leaders. Germany is marking Remembrance day with a Bundestag ceremony. DW has more.
